My name is Saitama, and I am the creator of One Punch Workouts.
To my students, I am known as Sensei. But to everyone else, I am known variously as the Bald Cape, Caped Baldy, or Charanko. I am 25 years old, and while I was born in Z-City, I reside in New York City, which is where I run One Punch Workouts.

I am of course describing Saitama from One Punch Man – the inspiration for my training system and the true genius behind the one punch man workout! My name is Saitama, but unfortunately, I do not possess the superhuman strength, or the delightful personality, of the One Punch Man. I do, however, share his work ethic, his approach to martial arts, and his disdain for over-flamboyant anime characters.
My martial arts background
I have been training kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai since I was old enough to kick a pad. I was never talented enough – or dedicated enough – to become a professional fighter. But I have remained as committed to my training, and to the disciplines I chose, even though my dreams of becoming a professional UFC fighter are decidedly behind me.
While I love fighting and training for formal fights, when it comes to teaching, I prefer to stick to self-defense. I have seen so many useless, ill-informed, gimmicky self-defense classes that I feel I have a duty to rectify things. This is why I created One Punch Workouts – to help people learn how to realistically defend themselves in the real world.
