My name is Saitama. I created this site to help you achieve your goals! Whether you’re focused on physique, athletic performance, health, or fighting, I’m here to help you.

The internet is saturated with health and fitness advice. But all too often, this advice is more helpful to manufacturers of supplements than it is to you.

I see a lot of advice out there which claims to help people become “warrior strong”; workouts for boxing, MMA, jujitsu, and general physical “functionality”. The sites publishing this advice all claim to offer impartial, science-driven information. Yet wherever I look, I see nothing but pseudo-science, bro-science, and advice from people who clearly don’t know the first thing about health, nutrition, or proper training.

Nine times out of ten, the person giving the advice clearly has never trained for any kind of martial art or fighting sport before in their lives!

Try it yourselves; Google any kind of fighting-specific training routine and you’ll see workouts dominated by heavy weight training, gimmicks and untested methods.

That’s because the vast majority of the fitness advice available online is published by bodybuilders, supplement manufacturers, and people more concerned with getting traffic, visitors and likes than they are about helping people achieve their goals.

That’s why I created One Punch Workouts – to give you clear, up-to-date, sound advice on how to train to be a healthier, more athletic person while also developing the kind of strength, speed and stamina you need to be an effective fighter.
